How does shipping work?

We partner with trusted suppliers through Shopify Collective, so your order ships directly from the brand that makes it. This means you always receive your product fresh from the source. Shipping times vary by product and supplier — estimated delivery is shown at checkout.

Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes. If you're not completely satisfied, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right. Please reach out via our Contact page with your order number and we'll take care of you.

Are your products authentic?

Absolutely. Every product in the SOLVING™ store comes directly from verified brands via Shopify Collective. You're always getting the real thing — no knock-offs, no grey market goods.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking email from us with a link to follow your delivery in real time. If you haven't received a tracking update within 3 business days of ordering, drop us a message on our Contact page.

Why are some products out of stock?

Because we source from independent brands and artisan makers, stock levels can fluctuate. Popular items sell out fast. If something you love is unavailable, check back soon or follow us on TikTok — we announce restocks and new drops there first.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes — completely. Our store is powered by Shopify, one of the world's most trusted e-commerce platforms. All transactions are encrypted with SSL and we never store your card details.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently we ship within the United States. International shipping is something we're actively working on — stay tuned for updates.
